My standard Hook Knife is an open sweep compound hook made from 80crv2 steel.
The blade length is 2inches and the sweep geometry of this blade makes it a fantastic all around hook, capable of carving both shallow eating spoons as well as deeper scoops.
The current batch of handles is made from Chinaberry wood which has tons of character. Some handles will have pin knots.
