A Petty Knife is my personal go to Knife for most kitchen tasks.
This hand forged version is made from 26c3 steel which was developed for razor blades. It takes and holds an outstanding edge and excels for kitchen work. Hardened to 67HRC.
Cutting edge is 5.5 inches long with an over all blade length of 6.25inches. Handle is made from black walnut and a wenge wood spacer.
